Keywords
Think to yourself, if I were going to look for the goods and services I sell on my site what might I be searching for, what phrases would I be typing into the search engines? Ask people you know similar questions and write down the responses.

Never over use your keywords, just place them in the text as they would naturally happen, using them to much will look messy.

Title tags
